Children's Mental Health week

This week we have been learning abut mindfulness and meditation.  We took part in daily meditation sessions which were very calm and relaxing.  We had the chance to create our own meditation scripts in groups.  We then had the opportunity to put our scripts into practice and trial our meditation with the whole class.  It was eventful and we learnt from the constructive criticism that was given as feedback.  Here are some pictures of our session which we ended by experiencing a mindfulness meditation programme.
